Having anticipated the demand for foreign ownership of holiday
homes in S.E. Asia, Angus was the founding partner of Exotiq in
2003. He subsequently moved from Bali to Thailand in 2007. Angus has
a marketing background in the international hotel industry, working
in senior positions for Inter-Continental and Starwood Hotel groups.
He is a member of the Chartered Inst. of Marketing & was educated in
England at the Ipswich School, Oxford Brookes & Bristol
Universities.
Chutima Incharoen (Pui)
In 2007 Pui merged her company 'Property Network Thailand' with
Exotiq to become our joint venture partner in Thailand. Well known
in the property business, Pui joined the publishing house 'Art Asia
Press' in 1999. Before that she worked as a sales consultant for the
property broker 'Phuket Land Search'. In 2004 she joined 'Siam Royal
View', a leading Pattaya based developer, as Sales & Marketing
Manager. She is a graduate in Mass Communication from Chiang Mai
University.
Jierapa Yaonum (Pa)
Born and raised in Phuket, Pa is in charge of administration in our
Kamala Phuket office. She majored in Accounting at Hasem Bundit
University where she attained a BA degree. With a career in
advertising and the property development businesses she joined
Exotiq in 2009. Pa's, broad smile reflects her happy approach to
life but behind this don't be fooled, her expression changes if her
colleagues don't follow company procedures!
